DEPOSITS

• For a reservation, a one night's deposit is required.

• If by mail, the deposit must be received by us within seven days after the reservation has been made; otherwise, it is cancelled.

• The deposit will be forfeited if a guest arrives after the scheduled date of arrival or leaves before the scheduled date of departure.

• The balance is due upon arrival (Money Order, Cash, or Travelers Checks are preferred).  We also accept MasterCard & Visa

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival.  A $20 service charge  will be deducted on all cancellations.   No refunds will be given for cancellations made 13 days or less before arrival.  This refund policy also applies to guest who leave before the last day of their reservation.

CREDIT CARD DEPOSITS

• For those guests making an advance guaranteed reservation using a credit card number,  you are making a commitment to us and we are making a commitment to you.

• All charges in accordance with your reservation will be processed at the time your reservation is made.

• Our cancellation and reservation policies pertain to advance credit card deposits as well

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Cribs and cots are furnished upon availability at no charge.

• Check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM, so that we may prepare the rooms for incoming guests.

• Check-in time is 2:30 PM.  You are welcome to arrive earlier and use our facilities, but we cannot guarantee that your room will be ready before 2:30 p.m.

• We are a smoke-free inn.
